Here is my third and final dead-lift attempt at the GSB/Iron Mafia Classic. 720lbs Sumo Style Dead-lift: I received three white lights on this lift. 275lbs Weight Class/ Junior Division This meet was sanctioned by the Southern Power Lifting Federation (SPF) and would not have been possible without support from my brothers and sisters in iron at 4 Bros. Gym. Shout out to the guys at USP Labs, without Jack3d and other products I wouldn't have had the endurance or energy to perform at my best.
