Way to fix the hearthfire dlc glitch between buying all dlc lands before you kill helvard for the dark brotherhood contract if you killed this named guy personal guard of jarl of falkreath then you might have to resort to a old save before you killed helvard otherwise there's not good chance to be able to buy dlc hearthfire houses in SKYRIM hope this helps you guys that's had problems with the dlc.
