One Way Bay Ep.72 - A New Skyscraper - Cities Skylines
Welcome back to One Way Bay. In this episode, we are going to be building our newest tower in the city. But first, we take a look at the modifications around our brand new City Hall in Old Bay. We've added some additional parking to the area as well as some path work and trees. This should really spruce up the mayor's house. The block should now be ready for any town hall meetings that may occur due to the Rush Hour mod. We briefly discuss a mail service in Cities Skylines. What do you think? Should there be a mail service with trucks that need to deliver mail daily? We notice that our budget adjustments seem to be working as planned. We've given more budget to the power plants at night to deal with the temperature drop from the Snowfall expansion. As you know by now, it takes more electricity to heat the homes when it gets colder out. We've seen the temperature drop to near freezing at night here in One Way Bay. We then turn our focus onto the project at hand, our newest skyscraper. This tower is being built down at the far end of the Mondo District right next to Canned Tights and Poo-Poo Parkway. This should give a healthy boost to all of the homes in the surrounding area. We imagine that this skyscraper is actually a residential apartment building. These apartment livers should have a very awesome view out into the Specific Ocean. We do need your help to name the new skyscraper though. What should we call these new apartments? Leave your vote in the comments below! On a side note, we also discovered that the terraform tool mod is back to operational. This is great news for us all! Or not. But either way the tool is vastly improved and works great again so we can go ahead and manipulate that terrain.
