Horse riding gains popularity among children in Coimbatore

Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), Jun 12 (ANI): Horse riding, or equestrianism, is increasingly becoming a popular sport in Coimbatore among children. While in the past the sport was not as popular, more and more people are becoming aware about the sport. “In the last event, we took three students to Germany. They were placed sixth, seventh and twelfth,” said Saravana, the horse riding instructor. “Three to four years before, people thought that the sport was dangerous and not safe.
