As part of Kill-Everything playthrough my cyber-psycho guy must kill all things that doesnt spawn cops. (cuz cops spawn endlessly, same as civilians). After lockdown is lifted blockades will disappear so blockade cops must be killed before that. Ammo is hard to get during lockdown.
