Very clean laptop with very minor marks on the lid but the screen is very clean. It has a 10 point touchscreen which is very responsive. The battery life is very good. I get upwards of 6-8hrs depending on usage mode. It has Windows 10 ready to go which is registered to this laptop as a second user/refurb. I've decided to go back to my MacBook Air, otherwise this is a great little laptop.
