In this level, you will face four enemies, so you need to build some twinblade as soon as possible, when Kukov has betrayed the Soviet Union, you can use twinblade to destroy his base and his commandpost. In this level, the AI will not automatically repair their buidlings even in the hard difficulty, so you can use the Soviet Speical Ability to destroy enemy basement.
