Compliance 2017: Legal Updates and Views From the Front Lines

Quarles & Brady attorneys provided an update on (i) recent cases in the anti-corruption area and highlighted new compliance laws applicable to domestic and multi-national clients and (ii) noted recent updates concerning whistleblowers and how to effectively respond to them. We then heard from a panel of in-house compliance officers who discussed hot button issues affecting their day to day operations and how they are working to more effectively resolve potential compliance issues.
