CPU vs GPU ECC correction comparison
Bit errors correction is a pretty slow and time-consuming process even with top-class CPUs. VNR 4.0 is the First Flash data recovery tool that can fix bit errors using GPU. In this video, we ran ECC correction of the same dump on two different computers. One is equipped with Intel Core i7 9700K, and the second one has not bad graphic card AMD Radeon RX9700. The dump is 4 Gb, it was taken from a SanDisk device, ECC size is 230 bytes. Watch what we have got. The speed increase is dramatic!
