As far as I can tell, Serval joining the Express was really her way of running away from the past. Though with the troubles in the Underworld, I wouldn't be surprised that Cocolia still lingers in the Fragmentum. Still, how persistent can she get even in the Fragmentum? Though now after that battle, Serval made up her mind and decided to stay in Belobog. A shame, but that's her choice. As for Clara's story, we'll need to wait until later on for part 2.
