Just Cause 2 WTF!!?!??!!? Video or Motion blur GLITCH!! HALP!!!!!

This is happening all the way, in every corner of the island, its unbareble and unplayable this way!!!!! Whats wrong, why doesn't work well!!!!! My pc meets the recomended specifications and i have all the latest drivers, using windows vista!!!! Please someone help, because i really like this game but you see how sucky is this way.....
