Are you walking on Egg Shells in your Relationship? (Emotional Blender)
Are you in a relationship where you never know what's going to happen next? When you get home you expect the best and get the worst, or you expect the worst and get the best. Either way, you never know what's going to happen. In healthy relationships we are able to talk, be rational and agree to disagree. However in a toxic relationship, the concept of rational thinking and constructive disagreements doesn't exist. When we find ourself in these relationships, we feel we can use normal techniques and get healthy results, we hold out for things to work, and we think the other person will see our side and come around. Waiting for the other person to see our side and come around is a pipe dream that incases not only our ego, our need for validation, our need for others to love us because we haven't found unconditional self-love, and the desire to be finally seen and commended for all we've done for the other person. If you're in a toxic relationship, you can't miss this video.
