99-04 Mustang Starter (Top bolt)
The top bolt on the starter for these cars can be a pain to get to. Often it's the only thing stopping you from getting the freaking thing out! So, my method is taking the passenger side mid pipe-to-exhaust manifold off, passenger tire off, and pulling back the splash shield.Then I use an 18 inch 3/8 drive T-Bar flexible ratchet from Harbor Freight, to take the top bolt off.
