Disclaimer: Boring short video of me trying out Smart Office 2 for the first time on an ipad 2. Smart office 2 usually costs $9.99, but I had gotten it free.. I think when itunes was offering the app temporarily for free. Overall.. it's a pretty good office app for your iOS device. It allows you to both view and create word, excel and powerpoint. You can share to the cloud or e-mail these docs.
