Game Secret | Street Fighter: The Movie (Arcade) | Fight Against Arkane

This secret fight is accessed while fighting at Bison's Lair. If Arkane walks in the background, press Start. (The background can either have Akuma, no one, or Arkane each match in Bison's Lair.) As far as I can tell, you get nothing for winning this fight other than the privilege to start the fight that you interrupted to fight Arkane over. So far I've only confirmed this works in a one-player match and while I have a theory for how the RNG works for the character in the background, I haven't confirmed it yet.
