Windows 8.1 on ipad?

-Windows 8.1 -iOs 7.1 beta 3 -RD Client: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/microsoft-remote-desktop/id714464092?mt=8 It's easy to control a Windows 8.1 laptop with RD Client from Microsoft. I have only a trouble with scrolling on Modenrn UI. That is not smooth as I hope :(
