COD Ghosts - Unreadable disc error (Suggestions?)

Sorry for bad quality i had it in 1080p idk what happened. So i got cod ghosts and like how many other people i have problems with my disc. It's brand new. So is my xbox. Yet for some reason this game will not work in it. I have tried switched the hdd i use. I tried using flash drives. Ive cleaned the disc(even tho its brand new). I even cleaned the lens in the xbox. Anyone have any other ideas on how to fix it without having to wait for the software patch?
