SDR# and AirSpy R2 SDR receiver with the Frequency Scanner Plugin
A short video to demonstrate the Frequency Scanner plugin for SDR# using an AirSpy R2 SDR receiver. Frequency Scanner is scanning from 230MHz to 380MHz in about 2.4 seconds. Note that the scanner is not scanning individual channels as per a normal radio scanner, but it is using the 10MHz bandwidth of the AirSpy to sweep rapidly through the whole 150MHz band which at 25KHz spacing equates to about 6000 channels or the equivalent of 2500 channels per second. The old Dell Windows 10 PC used here only just meets the specifications required to run the AirSpy R2 with SDR# so a faster PC would work better. I do suffer from occasional crashes and freezes.
