Milwaukee 5616-20 Router Brush Replacement
This is a brush replacement on a Milwaukee 5616-20 Variable Speed 13 Amp Router. The serial number starts with A19A. My router had been running a little rough, and then it stopped running altogether. Upon inspection, I found that the brush wires had been severed, and the brushes were very worn. A quick Google search later and I had found the parts that I needed. There are many sites online that you can find replacement parts on. I was able to do this repair for under $20 including two brushes, a main bearing, and shipping.
