Simulation: Safeguard (Exo Challenge) – Destiny 2: Beyond Light
The Exo Challenges are one of the many activities found on Europa as part of the Beyond Light expansion. The Exo Challenges are simulated challenges created by Clovis Bray I that pit your Guardian against the Vex. The Exo Challenges are on a weekly rotation. Simulation: Safeguard is the third in the weekly rotation. The recommended Power level for the Exo Challenges is 1230. In Simulation: Safeguard, the objective is to test your defensive abilities against the Vex onslaught. Specifically, you are to defend the Simulated Ziggurat Platforms and not let the Simulated Ziggurat Stability drop to 0%. There are floating square cubes that will briefly stun the Vex. Use these to your advantage. Once past the first part, the second part is to to defeat the Simulated Gate Lord while simultaneously defending the platforms. Completing an Exo Challenge is also one of the steps in the Lost Lament exotic quest to obtain The Lament Exotic Sword. Also, in doing the Exo Stranger's Aspect of Influence quest for your Stasis subclass, a Heroic version of the weekly Exo Challenge is required.
