Very quick tutorial on how to create a keybind that cycles through multiple reticle colors on the fly in-game. You can even macro this to make a flashing reticle. Impractical? Very. Fun? You be the judge. This guide assumes you already know how to create an autoexec and it only works on PC. Only works in retail Apex, not the R5Reloaded mod.
