1999 Dodge Ram 1500 all fixed. Here was the problem

I fixed the problem. It was the IAC (Idle Air Controller) I'm sorry that the video is not more detailed but fixing it is not hard. A few screws and a plug and some common sense on how it all comes apart and is put back together. I got a lot of emails and comments asking what the problem was so here is a video pointing it out.
