The Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo is a one-off car built as part of the Gran Turismo design study. This car is owned by a Prince of Saudi Arabia. It shares the same platform as the Bugatti Chiron including the 8.0L Quadturbocharged W16 that produces a whopping 1,500hp. No one knows exactly how much the Prince of Saudi Arabia paid (@b14 on Instagram) but estimates are somewhere in the neighborhood of $10mm-$50mm.
