Bringing my ASUS P5N-E SLI to life!
So for those that have been following most, if not, all of my videos so far, you will be happy to know that I had an epiphany: For the past year since I started my build, I have done a lot of noobish stuff, such as declaring this ASUS P5N-E SLI as a worthless piece of trash, but as you will see, I proved myself wrong. Since my MSI motherboard decided to give me an attitude, First with no display, then eventually bluescreening more often...I thought about it: this MSI mobo is not all of what I thought it would be, so I took it off and replaced it with my ASUS that has been replaced a long time ago, but never bothered to fire up...until now. I was VERY impressed I hit the same clock speeds as the MSI mobo...with less core voltage...and no VDroop or VDrop!! Of course with the help of the pencil mod. The pencil mod to eliminate VDroop and Vdrop is best illustrated on this video done by L4X3R: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T3qpjZ6CatA However, it's in German, but hey, videos are worth 10,000 words. Questions about the specs is only a comment away :)
