Hearts of Iron 4 #6 - World War 3! - Axis/Miedzymorze/EDL vs 4th International #1
Initially, I held back from entering the conflict with the 4th International, even when Spain joined the faction. I was frankly afraid of losing Portugal to Spain and letting them grow. However, once my volunteer divisions fought in Finland and secured some territory, and the Miedzymorze were attacked and forced into the conflict, and most importantly, when France defeated Spain single handedly, I knew it was time to get a slice of the pie and take on the 4th International. I annexed Lithuania in pretty much mere days. I don't know if my military access with Poland will be enough to allow me to march through it to reach the Soviet Union, but I sure hope so. Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to reach the country at all. However, my plan is an Axis Europe, and I won't stop when the 4th International is defeated. I am already planning to turn Turkey to an Axis power, and potentially stage coups in other countries in the Miedzymorze to do the same. The EDL will be tricky. I would only need to defeat Finland technically, but I may have to somehow manage the Japanese problem. Once the Miedzymorze are all down, as well as Finland, then that is the goal completed for me. Most likely, I will then look at expanding elsewhere...probably Africa. But for now, the Soviet Union needs to fall. Both of their allies have been annexed by France and myself. Hopefully, the conflict will not be overly prolonged.
