They were "A Friend In Need" and "A Perfect Getaway". Had a feeling that they would be activated this week, and they are there now, or at least some portions of them are now, I think. Toxic Larry's Meat 'n Go, just northwest of Berkeley Springs, you'll find the location, and a miscellaneous quest that will give you a Mystery Meat plan."
