The Russians continue their assault on Tiraspol, now unleashing their air-force upon the entrenched defenders. With the defenders lacking anti-aircraft defenses the Soviet VVS initially is able to inflict appalling casualties. However, the desperate Romanian air-force is eventually able to inflict considerable losses on the enemy bombers. Turn 1 continues.
