Change made to 2022 Mercedes Benz E350 Park Assist
The purpose of this video is to show you what is changed to Park Assist. You may see a message "Check for Obstacles! Depress Gas Pedal to Continue Driving", then I pressed the gas pedal several times, but nothing happened. This video shows you what needs to be done. Hope it helps you to get out of this jam ! It took my local MB service 3 weeks to figure it out, including escalated it to Germany MB. It does not like your hands even touching the wheel when the Park Assist is invoked. If you do touch the steering wheel, even it displays a message "Depress Gas Pedal to Continue ...", it disable the gas pedal UNTIL YOUR HANDS are COMPLETELY off the wheel.
