Patch 6.66 introduced a MUCH HARDER version of the World Spear level. Doom Slayer takes on the underground arena in the village sanctum using only the Super Shotgun. Laser Fences, Archviles, and Tyrants provide an adequate challenge for the Doom Slayer. However, with more space to maneuver, it isn't too much of a problem. Doesn't make sense that the Doom Slayer can hold that many guns, (plus the chainsaw) so let's pretend he only has one and no Sentinel Hammer.
