How to return faulty items back to AliExpress in China? Recently, I had to make this experience myself when I bought the SRNE Solar Charge Controller for around $100 from AliExpress. As I show you quickly in this video, the app coming with the controller shows totally different values than you actually measure in reality. That's not good and I cannot trust the set parameters and charge my battery with that! Initially, I started a return process with the shop, tried to sort this out with the seller directly.
