I have to print larger reports a few times a week and needed a larger capacity tray. The installation is easy (you just pick up the printer and place it on top of the tray). Then you just need to make sure the printer driver recognizes the new tray on your computer which involves opening the printer settings and adding the tray. It took me less than five minutes to install and configure. I've been using it for about a month and have had no problems.
