We will now create a figure with subplots and show how to organize your plots on the screen. On the first plot we will continue to show the rates distribution histogram. On the next plot we can start to show how our money grows (or shrinks) as we sample market rates. Also, I will introduce plt.pause() which can be a simple way to animate your plots (if they are simple enough...)
