Staff can be assigned either in the manufacturing of arms/weapons or in the research and development section - or both. Manufacturing is for sales and profits, while R&D is for weapons upgrades. Had to go back to Los Santos for the materials needed to start the biz. Also featured in this video is the customisation of the Command Centre.
