12th of January 2006 someone from Swix called to Mid Sweden University Rector and threatened him to destroy University's reputation, if he does not give immediately order to take away Leonid Kuzmin's Licentiate Thesis from the Internet. However, after an extra inspection of the thesis the Rector decided to keep status quo. And even today, 6 years after this dramatic events the Licentiate Thesis is at the same place http://pure.ltu.se/portal/files/152565/LTU-LIC-0603-SE.pdf The Rector (direct speech) -- It has begun by me being informed that this Thesis, according Swix perception, has major scientific flaws. After that I was informed that Swix considered to inform the scientific community in general that this thesis, in their view, has serious shortcomings. To Mittnytt says Swix that Leonid Kuzmin had personal reasons to persecute the company, which he denies. But Swix still holds on to the criticism.
