Just Cause 3 vs dual Xeon X5660 + GTX 1060 6GB
I just got this game up not too long ago during Steam's Autumn Sale (sales ongoing until November 28, if you want to get something on-sale, get it before then). I'm finding I can't maintain a constant 60FPS at all times, and the lack of single thread performance with my setup may be to blame and the slow memory, but even during the worst of what this run of gameplay has to offer, the frame rate is still higher than what you'll get from any console version of the game, but just so. I have a different Xeon-based system I can test this with (it has a Xeon E3-1225, the equivalent of a Core i5-2400 -- single-thread performance is better on the E3-1225/i5-2400, but multi-thread performance is behind that of the Hyperthreading-enabled Xeon X5660), let me know in the comments if I should try that.
