Insight VX Tutorials: iTab - Top Box (NPS)

The NPS function, found in Top Box's ribbon, provides a quick and easy way to calculate net promoter scores - the likelihood of respondents recommending a company or its products to friends, family or colleagues. We first group "Promoter" responses from our data set's NPS question, then group "Detractor" responses. We then click on the NPS button in the ribbon and use the pickers in the subsequent input box to subtract the two groups from one another. Running the newly created variable displays the score on the grid as the col% statistic.
