Forum of Young Scientists “Russia in the Arctic Dialogue: Global and Local Context”
NArFU hosted the International Forum of Young Scientists “Russia in the Arctic Dialogue: Global and Local Context”. Organized within the framework of Russia’s Chairmanship in the Arctic Council, the Forum has brought together undergraduate and graduate students in 25 countries. Participating were the members of the Arctic Council in North America and Northern Europe, as well as countries and Central Europe, Turkey, Malaysia, India and China. The online and offline thematic sessions attracted an audience of 100, who discussed the issues of promoting international cooperation and awareness of geographical, environmental, ethno-cultural and historical identity of the Russian Arctic.
