Oh boy another cartoon level this time family guy oh peter has a bad reputation with the chicken community (considering he fought Ernie The Giant Chicken 4 times) so again lets imagine that peter screwed up ( again and has mafia coming after him and his family so they go to another location and hide) Ernie hears about this and wants to make one thing clear no body destroys Peter but him so he calls his "cousin" Richard to do what he does best (like he always do ) and hey its a win situation for Ernie because Peter will have alot of cleaning up to do. If you are wondering why the basement is a bar it is based one episode in family guy where peter open a bar in the basement since he cannot leave the house and louise is the singer in the bar.
