NDev Menu on Retail Wii
This was achieved using bootmii/boot2 and a modded version of comex's nand formatter that used the RVT-R common key to install wads in sd:/wad, and the regular common key to install wads in sd:/wadrvl. Oh, and also the leaked ndev menu (from the wii menu uninstaller channel), and the leaked wii menu installer disk, you can thank OneUp for those, and for the rvt common key. Skip to 2:46 if you don't want to see the wads install.
