Comparative drop test of Kuzmin™ FP Brush
1. Ski running surface scraped with Plus Kuzmin™ scraper; 2. Ski running surface treated with HSSF Brush below the mark and with our new FP Brush above the mark. Thus, we got two areas: FP Brush area and HSSF Brush area; 3. We put two distilled water drops on HSSF Brush area, two drops on FP Brush area and began to tilt the ski; 4. At some tilting angle (not a very big angle) the drops on FP Brush area start to slide down. The drops start before drops on HSSF Brush area; We chose HSSF Brush, because it very soft, quite similar to FP Brush. By it we got a very similar mechanical treatment of ski running surface. But early drops' sliding on FP Brush area clearly shows existence of fluoropolymeric film (coating). Such film positive influences on ski glide. QED
