HP OfficeJet 6822 Printer Error – 934 935 Cartridge Problems

TIP: HP OfficeJet 6822 Printing Blank Pages & Resolutions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YbV7i5Yv8mo --- For the HP #OfficeJet 6822 printer which displays HP 934, 934XL, 935, or 935XL ink #cartridges #problems including alert messages: “ #ink cartridge #problems ”, " #Incompatible ", “ #Missing or #damaged”, " #Failure ", " #Failed", “Ink #Cartridges Problem”, #Depleted or “ #Remove and #Reinstall the indicated cartridge” then the #HP #OfficeJet 6822 (#HP6822) #printer may #fail to #detect the #HP934 or #HP935 cartridge’s electronic #smart #chip which is affixed to the rear side of #cartridge or the ink cartridge’s #plastic restraining #tab is not properly #locking the cartridge into the printer’s #PRINTHEAD assembly. To confirm cartridge to printer #connectivity you will want to first confirm that the cartridge is fully locking into position and cartridge’s plastic tab is properly aligned and providing adequate tension. Remove the suspect ink cartridge from the printer and gently pull out on rear restraining latch to ensure it is extending away from cartridge body. Be careful not to bend the tab out more than 1.27 cm or approximately half of an inch (0.5” in.) as pulling on the plastic tab too hard could cause the tab to break off - so please be gentle with it. You should also inspect cartridge’s smart chip for ink residue or scratches – thoroughly clean surface with a damp cloth or towel. Reinstall ink cartridge, or cartridges, into printer and confirm cartridge is fully locking into position…a gentle click should be felt when the cartridge is installed. For printers that display #error #messages such as “ #incompatible cartridge”, “ remove and re-install cartridges” or “The following cartridges are #not #intended for #use in this Printer” then it is possible that a newer version of HP printer #firmware may have been installed onto your printer and the cartridge chip or chips are now #locked #out. A new chip will need to be installed on the respective cartridge; new chip versions may be obtained via #Alibaba .com, etc. For advanced printer troubleshooting and recovery tips please refer to my other support videos. In the majority of cases complete printer replacement is usually required, since the PRINTHEAD is not a consumer replaceable part.
