Arabic Chicken Shawarma | 3 types of Sauces | Authentic style recipe | Raf's Kitchen.

Do Follow my Instagram Page: @rafskitchen._ https://instagram.com/rafskitchen._?utm_medium=copy_link Written Recipe Chicken Shawarma Ingredients  Chicken Marination • Boneless Chicken – 1 kg (cut into thin strips) • Oil – 2 tbsp. • Garlic (grated) – 2 tbsp. • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. • Curd – 4 tbsp. • Salt to taste • Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp • Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp • Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp • Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp. • Cumin Powder – 1 tbsp. • Cardamom Powder – pinch • Cinnamon Powder – pinch Hummus • Boiled Chickpeas – 2 cups • Salt to taste • White Sesame Seeds – 1 ½ tbsp. • Yogurt – 2 tbsp. • Fresh Cream – 1 tbsp. • Garlic – 1 clove • Lemon juice – 1 tsp • Olive oil – as required Arabic Chilli Sauce • Kashmiri Whole Chillies – 5-6 (soaked in warm water for at least 10 minutes) • Garlic – 3-4 cloves (cut in half) • Lemon juice – 1 tsp • Vinegar – 1 tsp • Olive oil – 2 tbsp. • Pink Salt to taste • Black Salt – ½ tsp • Black Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp • Cumin Powder – 1 tsp Garlic Sauce • Yogurt – 1 cup • Mayonnaise – ½ cup • Salt and Pepper to taste • Garlic – 2 cloves (grated) Shawarma Salad • Cucumber – 1 medium (finely chopped) • Tomato – 1 small (finely chopped) • Pickled Cucumber – 4-5 (finely chopped)  1 packet of Arabic Bread (small Khubuz) Instructions 1. Cut boneless chicken into thin strips 2. Marinate it with 2 tbsp of garlic paste, curd (put yogurt in cotton cloth until water is strained), 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp oil, salt to taste, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp cumin powder and coriander powder, 2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp red chilli flakes and pinch of cinnamon and cardamom powder. Mix well and let it sit for at least 15-20 minutes. 3. To the pan add 1 tbsp oil and cook until chicken is tender and every liquid released are dried up. Hummus 1. In the blender, add 2 tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp fresh cream, salt to taste, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tbsp white sesame seeds, and 1 tsp of oil 2. Blend until its creamy consistency and sesame seeds are well blended (creamy) 3. Add 2 cups of boiled chickpeas, olive oil as required (gradually) and blend until its smooth and creamy (that’s on your preference) Arabic Chilli Sauce 1. Soak 5-6 whole Kashmiri chillies in warm water for at least 30 minutes. 2. In blender soaked Kashmiri chillies, 5-6 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp lemon juice, salt to taste, 1 tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp black salt, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp sugar. 3. Blend until smooth sauce. Garlic Sauce 1. Add 1 cup yogurt, ½ cup mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste, 2 cloves grated garlic 2. Wisk well and its ready. 4) For salad chop cucumber, tomato, lettuce and pickled cucumber Assembling of Shawarma 1. On Arabic Bread (Kubuz) spread garlic sauce, shawarma salad, shawarma chicken, Arabic hot sauce and roll into shawarma 2. Grill on tavva, brushing oil on each side 3. Serve with parsley, pickled chillies and carrots and Hummus. s
