I've had an ultrasound done on it and they said it was a "normal appearing lymph node". But no! It's not. I also struggle with constipation, thyroid and adrenal issues. I am currently on day 3 of a grape fast - it's going well. I’m also taking lymphatic herbals, GI renew, adrenals, liver/skin, & parasite M or G. I’ve been on Armour thyroid for 9 years, i would like to get off of this eventually. What would you suggest for getting this lymph node down? I am concerned about it. Also for trying to taper off my medication; how to know when to do it safely and anything I can take to boost it as I am doing it. Thank you for your work you do! ?
