How to Fix iPad Cracked Screen
I need to know how to fix iPad cracked screen. Make sure it isn't a long hair or bad streak before you start to freak out. The gorilla glass is cracked. That rules out taking off the screen cover that might be the only thing damaged. I'm thinking of getting a protective cover for the screen once I fix the screen. If it is nearly new, take it back for repair at the Apple store. That would be expensive, since it isn't under warranty anymore. And this isn't a hairline crack that is considered a manufacturing defect they cover under the warranty if it shows up in the first year. The warranty doesn't cover multiple cracks or spider web cracks, either, even if it is relatively new. Then it really isn't covered by the warranty in this case. Remember that taking it apart to replace the screen yourself will void the warranty. And unlike jail breaking an iPhone and doing a restore, you can't reset it and sneak it in as I have no idea what's wrong. So how do I fix this? First, buy replacement glass. What do I do after that?
