Samsung CLX-3175FN - Paper Jam 0 Problem

I have a Samsung CLX-3175FN that constantly has a Paper Jam 0 error. I have read several forums that suggested replacing the pickup roller. I have replaced the pickup roller (PNJC97-03028A) and the Photo-Interrupter (PN 0604-001393) which was also suggested but nothing seems to fix this issue. Can anyone suggest some things to try?
