TRYP FPV Simulator Blew My Mind! Hölÿ$hït!!
TRYP FPV made me rethink about drone simulator! To be fair, I have only been flying DRL simulator ever since the beginning. I was super jealous when everyone was switching to Uncrashed that only supports PC. Graphic: I'm running a 2021 M1 MacBook Pro. I know it isn't something one would choose to fly a drone sim with but I need the mbp for work and isn't willing to get a separate PC just for sim. Anyway. While it can run the Ultra quality, it is laggy and impossible. I am running low quality in this video and I'm very happy with it. Oh yes, I can do those chase shots in this sim but I'm gonna need some practice hehe! Physics: In my previous video I talk about how the simulator is always in "slow mo". The TRYP FPV just made my statement looks silly. While I'm still very new to this sim, I was very surprised that the quad's weight can create a very big difference to the stick feel. I'm talking about 650g vs 700g. I was able to setup a quad that feels really similar to what I fly in real life. With a bit more time on dialing in those tiny details, I'm confident this sim will be able to help me understand the real world environment much better! Conclusion: Should you get it? If you have bad experience with Sim, this may change your pov. However I feel the setting process can be a little challenging especially if you don't know what you're doing. I hate the default setup when the Sim loaded for the first time. At the moment there aren't many "celebrity pilot" setup the fuss free experience. So I'll say get this only if you have past simulator experience, else consider the DRL simulator :)
