realistic water in garry's mod be like

i went thru 5 stages of grief making this video none of this is running in garrys mod (except for the 1st part, i used gwater), the water was rendered and tracked using blender now this does not look as perfect since i'm still a beginner in blender but its "good" enough anyway my gpu die
