Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 PC - White Screen Problem - Start up Fail - Please Help!!

Does anyone know how to fix the "White Screen" Problem When Opening Up Call Of Duty BlackOps2? When I click run it just shows a white screen and my mouse curser and I here the games background music then the game freezes... when I try to cancle out it sess "Fatal Error - Unhandled exception caught" -Its not my Anti Virus -its not my PC specs -its not Direct x -Ive tryed re-installing it -ive tryed running as admin -Ive re-installed my GPU drivers -I disabled the steam overlay -I tried with/without controllers -Ive verify game cache -ive tried running in different game modes single player/zombies ect. -Call of Duty Ghost was just working for me fine.. -ive noticed some other people having this problem ever since this "Call of duty %50 off weekend deal" so idk if that has a bug or something to do with it... Nothing seems to work and YouTube and Google is no help :( im sure its something simple but I cant figure it out.... Please help! If someone can help me fix this ill send them some steam cards/games or something
