Yin Yoga: Unravel from Travel
We tend to spend a fair amount of our lives in a seated position which can shorten our psoas and hip flexors. Use this short but sweet yin practice to unravel from travel or even after a long day of sitting at your desk. I've tried to keep the props to a minimum so you might be able to practice this anywhere. If you have blocks or a yoga mat handy, they'll be a nice addition but not required. Otherwise, get ready to breathe, relax, and let go of any built-up tension in your body from sitting.
