If Cops Acted Like Skyrim Guards
* Not all cops are bad. Most are really good people and do their job well. This video merely points out that a disproportionate amount of the police force are needlessly violent over petty crimes. This is the fault of an overly-militarized police force, and an uncountable amount of ridiculous laws created by our legal system. * A good way to hold the police accountable for their actions would be to have cameras on them at all times. Not only would this help to protect innocent individuals, it would also help to protect police who were just doing their job, but were forced to take physical action due to an uncooperative citizen. With the price of cameras being so cheap and easy to wear, there is no excuse for the police force NOT to be outfitted with cameras. It would help clear up a lot of misunderstandings. They get those terrible bad guys that don't wear their seat belts, and go 10mph over the speed limit. Without them, we would undoubtedly be lost. In Skyrim, guards will kill over petty crime, let you go if your famous, and are willing to take bribes. Thankfully, the two have nothing in common.... right?
